It looks really cool
Just downloaded and played the build for about 20 or so minutes and I would like to say that this mod is amazing at recreating the alpha/earliest version of GTA III despite only ~60% of Portland being completed.
You guys did a great job! Keep up the great work!

The only thing you need to run the game properly it's the audio files of your vanilla game afaik.
where would I get these audio files from
Just use Disc 2.

Tried to run but I got an error
(Unhandled execption: c0000005
At adress: 00581ea3). Tried in WinXP SP2 compatibility but got the same error.
I downloaded the game again, turned off compatibility and same result. I tried Program Compatibility Troubleshooter, tested the program in WinXP SP3, ran as admin, and nothing.

Now that the game works in 1366x768, now its telling me to put disc 2 of GTA III.
Is there a fix?

i have steam version, i dropped the files overwrited and clicked to run gta3d.exe, then it shows me to put an disk
