This mod is anything but what the name suggests. I intend to bring some more added realism to the game, as well as random fun-bits in celebration of the new GTAIV. The main objective of this modification is to revive GTA3, and make it what it used to be. I aim to bring new menus, new vehicles, a new radar, new textures and anything I can think of.
