A single prisoner altered the fate of hundreds, but he paid a high price for it...
A single game conquered the hearts of thousands, but time moved it to the realm of memories...
But it's alive. It's back.
The Gothic Multiplayer project is our dear child born after many months of hard work of our small, polish team. The final product is absolutely free, just like any other addon to Gothic II: Night of the Raven should be - that's why you need only a copy of the game to run it properly.
GMP lets you play with the other Gothic fans from all over the world. It's not only user-friendly, but also quite small in terms of the file's size. The mod is a platform with unlimited gameplay, which is created by gamers for gamers - and it's all placed in the world of Gothic. Thanks to the Gothic II engine, player can discover the world together, fight massive and epic battles, kill monsters, complete quests and... do pretty much everything they want. Dancing in the rain at the Khorinis Market? Group jumps from the monastery bridge? Bloody slaughterhouse on the swamps? Hunt for dragon? Thanks to Gothic Multiplayer, everything is possible.
But is it merely an omen? No, you could even say it’s a part of new Gothic Multiplayer.
In our opinion, when you look at gothic-multiplayer.com, going past the point of view that you got used to by other multiplayer modifications… and considering our passion towards Gothic series along with our innovative approach... You could guess the direction we’re headed.
Well, you can say it’s an uncharted direction, but also the direction we’ve always dreamed of and thanks to this years fusion - we can endeavor to form, that is mysterious even to us, since it’s not introduced anywhere else.
We believe, that form is the only answer for the situation that Gothic is in. We admire other solutions, inspire on them, but we trust, that no other scheme fits GMP.
It doesn’t fit, because we have a sense of a mission and ambitions bigger than delivering simple multiplayer modification to a narrow group of players.
And if you don’t know what we mean, just await for a proper explanation of our plans, that are realized when we have time. This news is the first from the series showing our idea for a “relaunch” of GMP… and revitalizing our beloved game series.
When the next news will come? When it’s done. The answer for the release date of new Gothic Multiplayer is the same.
Yours mysteriously,
Gothic Multiplayer Team
Hello! We have prepared for you a new material, with a light, two-day delay, but we believe that you will forgive us ;). Was it worth the wait? You'll...
The title of this news, is on purpose, not without reason. Thanks to that magic, we have much to the telling for you, so we ask for reading it in one...

It’s been over a month since the release of highly anticipated World Builder. Servers are getting even more diverse, and we’ve seen a bunch of roleplay...

I created a server, using the files from the official site. How can I connect to my server?
There's currently no way to do this. The mod is in "inactive" state as for now and not available in public.
so, installed it, but how do i run a server and where do i need top install the files?! as i cannot register to the developers page and only registered users are allowed to reach certain areas of the website, i have to ask here.

As the "terms and conditions" for the usage of the Mod are in polish only and contain paragraphs which would allow the selling of userdata to anybody, i sadly have to decline.
I just read the terms and there wasn't such paragrph. Where did you see it?
