gfx vc file - gemfx hd preset mod for Vietcong

What I like in particular is that the VCStarter is included so I didn't have to worry about incompatibility.
Is it possible to have a Contrast-Reduction included in this mod?
For my taste the dark areas are too dark and the bright areas too bright.

After installing this update with this error, all three games stopped being included ! How can this be fixed ?
