Gameloft's Gangstar Rio: City of Saints copies the GTA formula pretty brazenly, but it doesn't achieve the narrative depth necessary to justify its violence - for instance, kill 20 random NPCs and you'll find yourself picking up an 'achievement'. You may not be bothered by that, of course. We're not here to tell you where your moral compass should be pointing. Unfortunately, Gangstar Rio has plenty of other problems to get bothered about.
