Probleme treiben die Jugendlichen auf die Straße und lassen sich zu Gangs zusammenschließen. Zwei dieser Gangs kämpfen um die Vorherrschaft einer Stadt: Die Outlaws, eine Gruppe Jugendlicher die aus dem ihrem Elternhaus geschmissen wurden und für die Mafia die drecksarbeit erledigt und darauf hin versucht Die Dragsters, die versuchen die Stadt zu regieren, zu vernichten. Nach Zahlreichen Schlachten hat sich herrausgestellt das es garnicht so einfach ist die Gang zu vertreiben. Deshalb entschieden sich beide Gangs auf unterschiedliche Weise Geld aufzutreiben und mit Moderneren Waffen die jeweilige Gang in die Knie zu zwingen. Nach dem das geschah, kam es zu einer Schlacht, die bis zum bitteren Ende einer Gang folgen wird. Wer wird den Kampf gewinnen, dass musst du einscheiden.
