Late in the 21st Century after two decades of litigation the people of the USA successfully convicted the MPAA and RIAA of effectively hijacking the nations culture, controlling the spending habits of consumers, using mediums of communication and artistic expression as tools of coercion on both the artists and the public. They were forced to disband and major production companies were forbidden to communicte, and Music Video distribution was outlawed. Unable to cope with the loss of the stereotypes that had been promoted through popular music and films since the 1800s, people began to fall into shock, creating gangs who's reality had merged with a media fantasy. The Police try to keep order to stabilize society, while the gangs create violence and chaos.
