FWW2 mod main goal is to bring three wars that Finland went through during WW2, Winter war at 1939-1940, Continuation war at 1941-1944 and Lapland war at 1944-1945. Mod will have multiple releases which covers all meantioned wars.

Very nice effect, any chance you could tell me how you made it, I use photoshop.

Sure, not really secret or anything.
However I do use Jasc PSP8 so it might differ from current Photoshops (last I have is 7).
I greyscale original picture and copy it as separate picture (or as different layer). Original picture I add sepia toning (about 10 years) and on second picture I use black pencil effect (with fairly high detail). After that I paste second one over the first as top layer (soft light, occ. 20), then I add 3-4 layers of effect layers that I use to add effect of use on textures , plus sort of crumbled paper texture on top of it to make it look bit like photo.
Most of effect textures I use can be found from cgtextures.com, big thanks to them.
I know it isn't most detailed explanation, but its best I can provide now. Try out different combinations, you might even get notably better results than I did.
