FTL:SUPREMACY aspires to fine-tune and expand FTL to be even more fun, to intensify and extend the experience while staying true to the game's excellent original concept, style, canon, and lore. The mod offers you a comprehensively overhauled and meticulously rebalanced game world, with e.g. tougher and more varied enemies, better equipment, added commercial opportunities, delayed fleet pursuit (facilitating prolonged exploration), viable missile and drone use, incentivized nebulae expeditions, and much more. There are thousands of careful and moderate technical, contextual, and aesthetic fixes, adjustments, and additions, each one aimed at kicking your FTL space adventure into high gear. (Note: Mod now localized for all ten available game languages - English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portugese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese).

Description

This FTL mod is a work in progress - originally on a much larger scale, but the release of the game's Advanced Edition DLC changed so many things that I started from scratch. For now, it is far(!) from complete (think extremely early access) and probably best summarized as my feeble attempt at "taming" this absolute beast of a game, yet again. With altered ship layouts, expanded system upgrades, rebalanced and added equipment, new events, variable fleet pursuit, and much more, FTL:SUPREMACY strives to kick your space adventure into high gear. There's "over 9000" (I've lost track by now) lore-friendly changes, fixes, and additions, aimed at making every aspect of FTL a little more logical, fair/balanced (yet demanding), and... overall nicer? ;) Rather than boring you with minute details, I invite you to hop in and give the mod a go. Please try to do a couple of complete runs (incl. boss battles) to really get a feel for everything. Hope you enjoy!
