The mod make changes mainly to weapons and world detail. For example you can carry all weapons together, the blood, bullet holes etc do not fades anymore. Also a mod with HD Textures can be downloaded.

Great to see an update for this game after all those years. Keeping all the bullet holes and stuff around does quite a bit to improve the atmosphere of the game. I like the new weapons, and that you can select levels now, including the old SP demo!
Maybe make weapon changes optional though, some ppl might prefer the original feel and damage they had :-)
