Those poor conscripts :P I really love your uniforms, the only thing is the green and khaki are a little similar in color so they kinda blob together. I would make the green darker and the khaki lighter
Or perhaps think about making other regiments? I think death Corps or Armageddon steel legion would fit fallout but having Mordian &/or Vostroyan first born would add eccentricity ^^
i got deathkorps of krieg too, ill see if i can give them a role in new vegas
