Feel free to expand on what I have done here: i.e. make a mod that enhances gameplay as a ghoul. I'm not too good at scripting, coding, almost anything you need to make an extensive mod so don't expect anything in the near future from me. If you want to upload your own picture feel free to do so too.

sweet i love friendly ghouls in all fallouts. does it make it to where you heal in radiation like other ghouls?
lol, I wish I had the knowledge to do that. That would be great to have full-scale ghoul play.
i reckon they need to make a mod where you play as a ghoul and it shows you single handedly what happened to em even though we know it'd be nice to see

No, this is merely an for-appearance mod. It does provide a tiny disposition increase with ghouls, however.
