Fallout 3 Total Conversion mod project to the Original Fallout game! This is an extremely ambitious project but one that we believe truly needs to be done. From what we have briefly seen out in the community there is a desire to redo the original Fallout and Fallout 2 with the new Fallout 3 Engine. We think it is important for new fans to see where it all began and see more of what really makes the Fallout genre great. We know a great deal of people do not have the interest to go back and play the game with outdated graphics and game play mechanics which is why we are going to bring a more updated version to the community.

ok, we need to put something somewhere

we would LIKE TO, but its not legal

but thankfully because of this we can now take some creative liberties

I assume you're aloud to find someone who can perform a good impersonation of him?

I don't even think it'd matter too much to have a direct impersonation of the overseer's voice. This one would do good, only thing I think it needs is a boost to studio quality. Very good job on the AI recreation, loving the FO1/2 style text font too.

There's a great place to recruit voice actors if you haven't heard about:
They do all sort. Fandub anime to video games.

I think you should do some MAJOR modulation of the voice. It sounds too young and too soft.

Audacity is a free audio editing program that could work for that.

This was only a demo to test the lip syncing to dialogue. This is not the voice we'll be using.

Generally looks good, but little to young, or rather like young actor in makeup, playing older character.
For comparison:
