The Enduring Freedom project is aiming to bring realistic combat simulation to the GEM 2 engine and is focused on the units involved in the initial coalition combat ops during Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan (Special Forces, 10th Mountain Div, and 101st Airborne). Conventional warfare will be presented as well. Project features and info can be located in the news section.
Working on damaged door X model to replace intact door when breached/destroyed by heavy ordinance. For now the general purpose breaching round will be ground placed until I can figure out if its possible to have vertical version of breaching round "stick" to door model. I found sometimes if unit was not directly facing door when arming breach it ended up not sitting parallel to door and appeared to be floating. The basic setup for door breaching is in place now however which is a plus. Detonation is also directional in that you can stack your team up fairly close (2m on either side of door approx.) and not take damage. If opfor unit is present on inside of door he takes critical damage.
AWESOME

...I don't know why ModDb is lowering quality so much, need to figure it out.
wow! i like it! :D
I finished the new FX, I don't understand why you didn't see any sparks.
I saw the metal sparks that bounce off the ground, I think the ones that float to the ground would be more suitable.
ohhh okay, I'll get right on that.
Great, and thanks. Good to know we're on the same page now;)
Very, I also made a 60mm mortar FX, yet I'm still trying to the fix same bug I had with the 500 lb JDAM I made. I'll send them to you, if you want, but they aren't finished.
A preview of the 60mm HE FX would be good to look at while you're still working on it.
nice! awesome
