This and any other AA launchers for now will be AI used only. Target preference for AA launchers will be aircraft (airborne).
Makes sense really, I doubt insurgents have a large array of aircraft!

I don't beileve that's it's actual name.
it's the NATO designation name. take the Mi-24 Hind helicopter for example, Mi-24 Hind is not it's real name, Hind was a code name made by NATO for it, other Soviet helicopters have other names starting with H, Hip, Halo, Helix, Haze, etc. they also apply the code names to missile launchers, whether they be as large as a SCUD platform or as small as a weapon shown here.
this weapons' Real name is "9K32 Strela-2", the SA-7 Grail is what the west calls it
a few of the code names, the russians use themselves because they liked the name the west gave them, TU-95 Bomber for example is codenamed "Bear", obviously Russians would take a liking to that.
9K38 Igla or 9K34 Strela-3 ?
