download, unzip, open folder, copy contents, paste in Empire III folder, dropped fire arrow damage by 20, flying carpet speed dropped by 40, changed how the head quarters caravan works, you can have multiple routes and you actually get cash now, I believe you can have 5 caravans, that can go to up to 5 towns each, fixed various weapon carry positions, flying carpet is no longer merchandise that can be bought, directions on how to setup caravan at taleworlds forum
