What does this bring to the game ?
Haven't played this game yet so just asking.
It's a texture pack. There isn't really new updates like campaign stuff.
I'm currently working on this part of Emergency Cause It's more Like Emergency 5.
This version requires Emergency 2014 On Steam
Also the Emergency 4 Part of this mod requires EM4 Deluxe Edition (which is $17.99)
The two versions don't actually put new stuff i nthe game like commands and stuff, this is more of a texture pack replicating EM5 Vehicles and characters.

You cannot. MCPE and EMHQ are mobile games, it's impossible to mod EMHQ.
