meh i prefer unlockable episodes
Probably do what Starcraft did and just leave all Episodes unlocked, but levels need to be progressed manually.
I'd love to play it with user maps without beating all 3 episodes, so yeah unlock them from the start!
I think that episodes should be unlockable the first time you play and gradually become available as you progress through the game. Then, once you beat all episodes, they're open to you forever (or at least until you do a fresh reinstall).
