"dying is the easy part" Dreamscape: Pin Point Blank (c) is a 3rd-person single-player total conversion of Half-Life 2. Its main features include the Pin Point Damage system and the Point Blank attack system. Dreamscape will be set in the streets of a fictional city. The story will involve drugs, money, revenge, sex and stealth action. In Dreamscape, you control Virgil Coltreese, a silent, yet deadly, killer. This game is strictly single-player. It will take you across 12 levels. Features: The entire experience is in 3rd-person. Brand new HUD. It contains the following items: * Sanity Level Indicator. * Locational Damage. * Blood Meter. * Misc. message area. * Radar. This mod will consist of 7 unique maps, with a total of 12 levels altogether. Perform Stealth Kills. Point Blank Mode - This modifiable melee mode will allow you to control your melee attacks with extreme precision. Last week we released our 5th build, which featured 4 out of the 12 levels planned for Dreamscape: Pin Point Blank.
We are currently working hard on build 6 which is set to feature the conversation system plus a whole lot more. The following screenshot shows off a couple of our player models, level 5, and the conversation system.

The conversation system will have support for choices, random conversations, flags, and more. It will also have support for varying camera angles. Look for more info in the future!

This is really exciting! It's amazing how wrong I was about this game. I remember back when you originally posted about this, and I just dimissed it as another over-ambitious idea, but goddamnit if you didn't prove me wrong! This stuff looks awesome, I can't wait to play it.
