The bulk of their forces are amassing at Primorsky Krai and are rapidly advancing on our defenses there. You must push them back and destroy all the traitors. Hints: If you are low on funds, sell Supply Trucks at the Service Depot. Be careful, the Chinese have deployed several Anti-Tank mines and Demo Trucks in the area.

Download the zip file, extract and place all 3 files into the your custom maps Red Alert file. (Documents -> CnCRemastered -> Local_Custom_Maps -> Red Alert) Boot up the game, go to Missions -> Custom Missions and the mission name should be there.
