This mod aims to create the first ever total conversion mod for Master of Orion 3, the mod will include 16 teams from the Dragon Ball Universe and feature new objectives, units, heroes (leaders), new star effects, planet skins, character bios and much more!

Description
You can see here you objectives for winning the game, they include becoming the last team alive (sole survivor), becoming leader of the Kai Senate or collecting all Black Star Dragon Balls. There will be cutscenes for when you collect the Black Star Dragon Balls and when you get them all.
