This mod aims to create the first ever total conversion mod for Master of Orion 3, the mod will include 16 teams from the Dragon Ball Universe and feature new objectives, units, heroes (leaders), new star effects, planet skins, character bios and much more!

Description
This is the main menu race image, this image appears after you have played with your last race. I have now replaced the guy standing there to a move, for example special beam cannon. As you can see I have not done the back ground yet or the logo.
