Domforahn is an fantasy-themed Unreal Tournament 2004 mod project initiated in May of 2006. A team of students from the Collin County Community College Applied Graphic Design Technology program (ccccd.edu) banded together and began drafting ideas and concept art at that time. Within days of starting, the University of Texas at Dallas's Student Game Developers Association announced a contest that would be taking game project entries until January of 2007. Domforahn was entered in their Computer Game Conference Showcase (cgcshowcase.org) and the development process went into full steam. The project was planned conservatively because none of the team members had ever been involved with a game development or mod project before. We played it carefully, and worked our tails off over the last 8 months. (there are currently 5 members on our team) Now, the deadline is less than two weeks away (1/26/07) and we are ready to bring the house down! After the contest, Domforahn shall be prepared...

12/03/2006: Domforahn @ 3December!
----- We made a great showing at the Autodesk Animation Users Group 2006 3December event! (3dec.dallas3d.org) The GUILD and ReelFX representatives were genuinely impressed with our hard work and determination. We really stole the show!

7/30/2007: CGC's Featured Project: Domforahn!
----- UTD's SGDA has chosen Domforahn to be the first Featured Project for the CGC Showcase. They have found our project to be the most impressive of the current entries, and they have created a special article about our work.
