PATCH 3.8 Re-Pack - Update 2 (Void Dungeons) file

This is the update with some balance changes/fixes for the week, see descriptions for details below:

Patch Notes 3.8.2 (Update 2)

-Skills-

Amazon
Strafe - Damage normalized - There was a slight typo in the damage for strafe, this has now been resolved
Charged Shot - Base max damage greatly reduced, transition damages 1-3 increased, 4-5 reduced

Paladin
Holy Bolt - Damage increased - Base damage slightly increased, holy bolt single cast damage should be higher than FOTH holy bolts
FOTH - Damage normalized - Base damage slightly increased for lightning, Holy Bolt damage slightly reduced - Synergy bonuses have been updated so that FOTH and FOTH Holy Bolts receive synergy bonuses from corresponding skills
Vengeance - This skill has been totally reworked, the damage output with a full T4 set was not good enough, it was also a single target skills and for the investment was way underwhelming, Vengeance is still an elemental damage dealer, but now has a 6-8 yard radius around the paladin in which it deals damage, 6 yard damage in a 360 radius with 8 yard damage in the direction of the attack.

Assassin
Lightning Discharge - Reduced lower level damage slightly, the overall end skill damage remains around the same

Druid
Stone Storm - Slighty increased base damage
Hurricane - Synergy bonuses reduced from 12/24 to 8/16 - Hurricane now grants 1 to all skills per 4 hard points invested for a maximum of 5 to all skills
Armageddon - Armageddon now grants 1 to all skills per 4 hard points invested for a maximum of 5 to all skills
Poison Creeper - Base damages adjusted, transition damages 1-2 unchanged, 3-5 slightly reduced
Ancient Claws - FIXED - This was bugged due to a calculation error in range, it will now work as intended **NOTE was not working at all due to bug
Summons - Stats have been slightly adjusted for all pets, this was to accomodate for balance changes in amount of summons
Summons - Can now summon mix of pets, however keep in mind you only get increased summon quantity from hard invested points, this is to allow for sumon diversity
Bear/Werewolf - Cosmetic - The color of their Morphs have been changed, please give feedback on the change

Sorceress
Shock Storm - Base damage slightly reduced
Meteor - Base damage for transitions 3-5 slightly reduced
Charged Bolt - Base max damage slightly reduced, Base damage transition for max damage only sightly reduced
Elemental Spirits - Due to the change in mosnter resistences elemental spirit damage dropped alot, their damage has been adjusted to compenstate for the changed, their skills have also been increased, the calculations is no longer Elemental Spirit.BASE + SKill.Base \ 2, the skills are now pure Elemental Spirit.BASE + SKill.Base without any divisions, this should bring them back on par with other summons

Barbarian
Earth Rupture - Base fire damage moderately increased
War Cry - Base damage for transition 1-2 slightly increased, 3-5 moderately increased

-Monsters-

Grey Ooze Vipers - Reduced poison damage from their Poison Bolts by 50%
Poison Goats - Arcane Sanctuary - These goats had the wrong skill assigned, therefore they were doing massive poison damage and dissapearing, resolved
Uber Izual/Andariel - Regeneration slightly reduced
All Monsters - Poison Damage - Poison damage has been normalized, increased length durations slightly further and reduced overall poison damage

-Mercenaries-

Act 3 Mercs - Now work as intended on normal difficulty

-Recipes-

Added recipe to upgrade shields with % Block Chance
