Has anyone managed to download this and work it? The filesize seems wrong, I think ModDB's uploader might have corrupt the file...

guess my computer cant handle the opengl stuff...when i setup DeusEx to use this beta 'upgrade' all i get is blank screen...
either you missed something in the instructions or i am doing something that makes this harder than it is, considering this isnt the first time i have used this type of method for playing addons/mods im pretty sure its the opengl side.
Could someone please please PLEASE help provide another source for us "developing countries" to download from? Filefront only allows us to download ONE segment at a time at an agonizing 10kbps WITHOUT the ability to resume the download and will lose the connection before it even completes 10MB of the file!!!
i had some corrupted textures and sprites with the normal DX goty version. I hope this version would fix it :).
When you guys are going to release the final version?

Sprites are in the .U packages, we don't touch those. With textures this replaces your source texture files so yeah, it'd fix any corruptions there.
Not sure on a final. I have a lot to do over summer inbetween a full time job. I want to release this thing by the end of the year, but even then it's not going to have every texture in the packages. I gave up trying to do that a long time ago. I'm aiming for the most commonly used ones.
im also having the blank screen issue, i did everything by the books
So I download it and follow the instructions and set the render to Open GL support but then when I launch the game the sound goes but the screen is black...very aggravating any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
are there any mods that change the people textures?
