Deathtrap Revolution is the result of two sister mods fusing together. the story behind it is fairly simple. it takes place a few years after the end of Renegade, yet still before tiberian sun. GDI and Nod are pumping tiberium and funds into the R&D labs as if it were water, and its resulting in some massive improvements. Morbias has vanished from the face of the earth, causing GDI to loos there Tiberium upperhand. Kane is missing and left the brotherhood in chaos and disarray, the blackhand shattered and shunted. the war has escalated, and both factions take anything they can get, even if it means violating a few moral rules. Deathtrap Revolutions, joint result of Deathtrap V3 and Renegade ressurection: the Revolution, it is bound to leave a lasting impression with more then one player.

the HAT, or Heavy Artillery Tank is actually a
remnant to the RRR mod by InfurnoT9, but slightlly
to match Deathtrap Standarts.
as an alternate to the MRLS, the HAT benefits
from two powerfull 109MM barrels that can dispence
explosive death over long ranges.
the think armor garantees survival abilitys, but
the slow turret makes it fulnerable to attacks
from above.
damn, those treads and barrels look awfully complex and highcount in polys...
idea adjustment:
Very slow but a HUGE armor, more then the mammoth serries; its guns fire Advanced Uranuim rounds that have a huge armor penetration versus almost all armor tyes, as well as a confident blast radius when impactig on solid ground.
alternate fire shoots HE rounds in rapid consession, much like the Nod Gattling artillery, but slower and with a longer range. the shells are however affected by grafity.
finalizing the model... some tread bones arent properly alighned, other then that:

but it works... so i wont complain... treads are tricky though...
actually the treads and barrels aren't too bad, it's the skin taht bugs me :P I really need to make a better one... maybe I can work on that ^^
hmmm, if you do, please cut out the extra levels of pols and vertexes around the hatch and wheels... they dont serve any obvious purpose and they take ren longer to load...
