Darkest Hour Soby 1.3 Changelog:

1. Added beaches in all provinces with ports.
2. Fixed Revolt.txt.
3. Added many new countries.
4. Changed flags of many countries.
5. Added the 1875 (fantasy) scenario.
6. Fixed some borders.
7. More balanced IC distribution (in the 1875 scenario, some IC in each province :D).
8. More balanced resource distribution.
9. Modified the techtree for a better 19th-century game.
10. Fixed Techteams (somewhat).
11. Fixed diplomacy (somewhat).
12. Added map color pic (in db folder) for countries, for easier modding.
13. Changed country colors.
14. Changed sprites.

(unfortunately, due to the immense time consumed by the 1875 scenario and some graphical edits, I was as yet unable to add events. They will have to come up in the following (if possible) update, sorry for that :| )
