In the alternative timeline, where the Cold War ended with the triumph of the Nationalists. One last battle has be fought. Europe is running out of any possible energy resources, the industry is stagnating and European Union's greatest foe - the union of Eastern European rogue states known as the "Intermarum" has issued an economic blockade on its mighty western neighbor. Too long we have tolerated these hordes making illegal genetic experiments on people and polluting our holy continent with the wastes of their nuclear production. Too long they have polluted the North Pole and refused to disarm. It's time, commander. It's time, commander, to break through their failed regime with our legions of steel and fire.

After a while it was decided to merge DS'96 with my old almost forgotten project - Polar Fox. What it actually means for the current mod? 1. Russia is done completely except the skins. 2. You can take a look at the new Intermarum faction buildings. 3. Now we will have minifactions system - you will play not as EU or Intermarum on their own, but as the constituent countries.

However to make all this done and working smoothly we need additional manpower - all the willing guys who can model, skin and code C&C3. Who knows - maybe it's you!

It's cool having the "subfactions" but will they be very different from eachother like in kanes wrath or only have some advantages in special sections like a bit superior air force and having one or two extra air vehicles for example.
