With the fall of the Soviet Empire, not the liberals and neither the communist gained the upper hand in Europe, but the nationalist regimes, that country from country, seized power. The All-European Congress of Nationalist parties has signed the creation of the European Union in 1995. Meanwhile, east from the Vistula river, the Yugoslav wars ended with the forceful restoration of the Warsaw pact by communist Ukraine. The new super-nation, encompassing most Eastern Europe entered the UN as the Intermarum. With purposes to fall neither to European Union, neither to the new liberal Russia, Intermarum faces itself grave danger to other nation by its undeclared energy blockade and secret genetics program.
