  • Added a game mode "Conquest". Similar to Siege but flags appear stage after stage. @takeo
  • All Bows have alt mode for manual reload. Press x to switch @Axthenon
  • 1h thrust glances less now @Namidaka
  • Swingspeed curve has been reworked : it's a bit less before 130wpf and a bit more after. This was done to make the game a little bit more nervous and reactive and to make hybridizing slighly less viable. @Namidaka
  • Gold compensation system for teamhits has been implemented. Removing X % of a teammate HP will lead to you reimbursing X % of the teammate repair. @Wasch Kadse
  • Conquest Reward has been adjusted in order to make both side get similar rewards on average @Wasch Kadse

  • Crossbow requirements now come in multiple of three and have been increased accross the board. I will continue to monitor crossbow impact on the gameplay in order to make it less unpleasant for the receiving end. @Namidaka

  • Athletics gives more speed @Namidaka

  • Fixed banner items. @takeo
  • Applied that Bannerlord change to make dress look good on men too. @takeo
  • Buffed coverage granted by shield skill for infantry. @Namidaka
  • Reworked blunt throwing. @Namidaka
  • Reworked penalty for weapon length. @Namidaka
  • Delay kick from server to send a notification with the kick reason. This is to cope with the fact that no reason can be specified when kicking a player in Bannerlord. @takeo
  • Fixed NA/AS/OC servers that were misconfigured with a EU region. That had an heavy impact on player rating computation, a medium impact on the team balancer, and a medium impact on the score computation. @takeo
  • Save team balancer result so we can make proper analysis @takeo
  • Map vote was disabled and rotation re-implemented. @takeo
  • Fixed 8 different types of crashes occurring after Bannerlord patch, crashing greatly reduced. @takeo
  • Several Item Tier adjustments in crafting system:
      • Changed tier distribution for horses to make it similar to weapons. This reduced the tiers for every horse except top tier one that remain untouched
      • Swing speed has more impact on tier now. The faster weapons have been slightly adjusted to fit again with tier 10 (katana nerf).
      • Bonus vs shields and cut damage has more impact on tier for throwing (throwing axes nerf).
      • Cut has more impact on tier for arrows (cut arrows nerf).
      • Crushthrough and Knockdown now cost more tier.
      • Handling impact Tier way less. This is what enabled the nerfing of voulge and claymore
      • As swingspeed was loosely corelated to handling through Taleworld crafting system , swingspeed cost now more tier to adjust for the previous change.
      • Leg Armor generates less weight , and has less impact on armor tier. This was done to get away from lamelar being the only viable armor and to enable a more diverse choice of armors
      • The armor tier system now values light weight more than before. This will prevent very light armors to have too good stats.
      • Polearm got a reduction in thrust budget
      • Axes got increased budget
      • Dismount on throwing cost 10% more tier
      • Very high damage for throwing cost more ( Triangular throwing spear now tier 10)

  • Updated items with crafter changes. @Namidaka
  • Increased starting gold for new players from 5K to 8K. @takeo

  • Movement speed during attacks can be penalized if the character has a too long weapon for their strength. @Namidaka
  • Made score gain on hit dependent on opponent rating (~2x on highest rated players). @takeo
  • Greatly nerfed extra shield coverage given by shield skill. It was never tested and we found out it was the reason cavalry shield would protected the horse too. @Namidaka/@takeo
  • Top 20% of the defeated team, that scored the most points during the round, are now awarded a multiplier. @Namidaka/@takeo
  • Fixed moderators command that were sometimes executed twice. @takeo
  • Added a latency penalty in the team balancer. That is, if you are an EU player and play on a AS server with high latency, you'll have less weight in the team balancer. @takeo
  • Glance was reduced at the start of the thrust and increased at the end. @Namidaka
  • Fixed the 1M score bug that was caused by the damage being set to -2147483647 after the end of the round. @takeo (with the help of @lemon attacks and @Jimzy)
  • Increased score given when hitting a shield from 20 to 30%. @takeo
  • Set up the project to allow modifying Bannerlord engine parameters. @Chairman Meow
  • Fixed top tier for head/leg/arm armors. @Namidaka
  • Drastically reduced weight of lower tiers armors. @Namidaka
  • Added throwing hammers.
  • Fixed bug affecting claymore and kama.
  • Adjusted tier repartition for horses so that a slight decrease in stats results in a tier way lower. This should allow for a more effective way of saving money by switching to a lower tier. @Namidaka
  • Upkeep has been increased by 11%. Upkeep is not meant as a gold sink. The role of upkeep is to maintain a healthy balance between players wearing heavy armors and player wearing lighter armor. The new numbers are 50% of break chance + 0.011% of the item price to pay per second. @Namidaka

  • Handling is now tied to weapon master instead of weapon proficiency. This should help make hybrids more viable while also allow players to parry with any weapon as long as they have some weapon master points. @Namidaka
  • Adjusted the tier distrubtion of arrows,bows,bolts, crossbows and shields to make the lower tier ones cheaper without affecting top tier. This should make it easier for beginners @namidaka
  • Swing speed penalty on horse back depending on length has been decreased. Penalty used to be 40% at 200 reach , it is now 30% at 200 reach @Namidaka

  • Reworked the experience curve so reaching level 24 is now extremely fast. Experience needed for the level 30 remains the same. All characters of level less than 30 will be respecced. @Namidaka
  • Add a life column on the Skirmish scoreboard.
  • Print how many players were swapped on round end by the team balancer.
  • Use character levels in team balancing. Ideally the character rating should move quick enough through the levels but that's the case right now.
