Counter-Strike (publicly known as Counter Strike 1.6) is a multiplayer (either LAN or online) first-person shooter video game developed by Valve for Microsoft Windows. It is a complete modification of the game Half-Life, made by Minh Le and Jess Cliffe, who released the first version on June 18, 1999. The game has two teams that allow you to have a good experience in the game, these are the anti-terrorists and terrorists, the anti-terrorists have four playable teams: SAS, SEAL, GSG9 and GIGN their main objective in the game is to eliminate the enemy ( Terrorists) as well as rescuing hostages, preventing them from planting an explosive and if it has already been planted, deactivating it.
