This is my opinion, the chopper blades first of all could made more rectangle like which I think makes it looks cool, the weaopns on the wings in real life is have more diffrent weapons but I understand this is probably your own version of it, and also there is a double .50 caliber machine gun near the cockpit. Maybe the windows on the cockpit could be diffrent as well.
Maybe with some rocket pods as an upgrade it would be even more perfect then it already is.
Can it cary troops?
The functionality is similar to one in RA1 so no to both questions. SRY
