Greetings everyone!
As you realize the campaign is not released yet, and the Release Date on MODDB was yesterday: August 15, 2016. I already changed the Release Date to August 31, 2016 but it is not 100% sure that it will be that day. No promises made. Anyway, so here is the reason why it wasn't released today:
Due to the One Man Project nature of the campaign, I was delayed from random real life stuff, so the release will also be delayed. If you are hyped, sorry for making you wait more, trust me I am also hyped for the release and can't wait to show you what I've been doing all these years.
Actually I was away from PC this weekend. I was on weekend vacation. And COD4 "Rooftops" Campaign is in its very very final stages. However, before releasing anything, I have to check out everything, a vast array of files and functions that I have to make sure they are all in place and that they all work properly before releasing a full campaign. I am one man checking all this, so I would really appretiate it if you people show some patience and wait a few more weeks. I want to make sure that there will be as few problems as possible and as few updates-patches as possible for fixes and addons that I forgot to add. I really HOPE I will have it all ready before August ends, but I don't promise anything for reasons explained above.

lol its funny I just downloaded the mod tools for cod 4 and I barely know how to make a room XD I don't know how u ppl make these maps its just so confusing to me haha
I understand the confusion man. It's very hard and it needs a lot of practise, time, effort and patience. You will have to look up YouTube tutorials on how to use the map editor. There are many of them out there trust me. However, COD4 is very old to start a project these days. I started mine about 4 years ago and it was already late. I suggest using an other game/mod engine. COD4 will slow you down a lot. Cheers :)
