Здарова Warshtainer мод просто супер!!!
Только есть проблема в режиме armaggedon если компа поставить за альянс после шторма он строит ядерную ракету вскоре появляется ошибка и выкидывает из игры!!
Также у Юрия после доминатора ошибка если играет комп!!
Возможно ли это как-то исправить (сделать патч) и дать возможность компу строить ядерные ракеты и другое супер оружие вне зависимости от рассы в режиме armaggedon!
А вообще спасибо за всё ты молодец игра бомба.

not working.... when I run the mod exe, it only shows in task manager but the game does not open.

game works fine when installing mental omega mod... right now when I run either your mod or original yuri (no mods) the game does not launch, it just hangs in task manager. but when I install the mental omega mod it works... might be that my original game needs fix for windows 10 or something, but why does mental omega work fine? plz help

One of the most fun mods i played so far (i like mods with tons of factions and diversity), i couldn't stop playing row of skirmishes with random pick for faction, each has fairly unique weaponry and playstyle from the others! Unfortunately the battlefield commentator and some text is in russian and i don't understand what it's saying, sometimes i the harvesters were under attack or got destroyed and i didn't realize i lost units etc since i coulnd't understand what the commentator was saying (the voice also doesn't seem different wheter you are building stuff or are under attack so hard to tell from the tone.

The soundtrack.. have some metal music and maybe other genres which may not fit with all the time with Red Alert 2 theme, there are also songs from the classic old C&C.

I gotta say the AI is annoyingly "hard" even on easy difficulty and required effort, in few matches i lost or got my ConYard rushed or bombarded by enemy jet squads fairly early in the match. So you have to learn your faction+ the faction(s) you are against and know what type of defense to prepare, for example Spartans don't have air but will swarm with melee units and teleport war elephants so you'll need to prepare accordingly. AI also seem to ignore building times, when you attack their base they almost immediately rebuild their stuff regardless of how much time it would take to queue it, for example Yuri rebuilds consecutively that psychic dominator thing but if the player tries it will take a few minutes to do that.

Almost all weaponry is more powerful/op than normal, but since every factions has their share of op stuff i guess it kinda make if even overall. Nuclear explosions feel more as dangerous as you'd expect: if you destroy a nuclear plant it will wipe away almost everything sorrounding it, units, buildings and the radius can be fairly large too. It will also leave a toxic long-lasting area where units will either die or receive damage if traversing it. So basically you'll have to protect and build your nuclear power away from your important units/structures!

A small overview/impression of some of the factions i played (not all):

SPARTANS
First faction i tried, very interesting first impact as they are different your usual C&C faction: they feel and look like an Age of Empires faction inside C&C (they use spears, swords, bows...), they build farms and market that generates currency for economy. Their units are mostly infantry with their main bulk composed of cheap and fast to build melee units with fast run speed, fairly tanky, capable of swarming and overwhelming their enemies. They also have Kratos (from God of War game) and Leonidas (from "300" movie) as hero units. They don't have air units, maybe i haven't seen them, and they have few underpowered vehicles (ballistas or siege equipment) and naval units.

EDA (Earth Defense Alliance)
Another interesting faction, they look like a faction from Starship Troopers (or maybe Starcraft? Not sure i never played that game), unlike usual factions their base structures all start first as vehicles which you can position where you like before deploying them. They use small walker robots to harvest their resources, similar to the original Yuri's Slave Miner Vehicle. Their infantry (ORE Division)is also much more resistant to damage than normal.

UKRAINE
Has nuclear theme, mini nuclear power plants which are small (2x2) and provide tons of energy, vehicles with projectiles that have small nuclear effect...

RUSSIA/USSR/SOVIETS (not sure how to call them)
It is similar to Soviets original faction, unlike Ukraine it uses normal tesla power plants, but you won't be able to build radar straight away as it drains a lot more power than usual: you'll need to stack power plants to avoid power outage but it will give access to thunderstorm power (it's a passive cooldown power

YURI
The faction is similar to the original, but with some modifications or new features. The build order seemed messed up or buggy to me, (when building Yuri's fortress for example, or when trying to unlock the barracks which i never managed to actually do). There are new structures, in particular his psychic dominator structure has a large radius basically you'll have to stay distant from his base and everybody who enters its range (with some exceptions) will fall under Yuri's control. In my opinion how the faction has been reworked suits yuri's theme very well and actually feels like his mind control is a better represented threatening power.

ALLIES (can't remember which it was, maybe England since i could train snipers? Not sure)
Didn't seem much different from original allies, they had a couple new vehicles at high tech, in particular they could build a vehicle which you can move to a location and deply into grand cannon, they also didn't seem to drain power so you can guess what you can come up with moving and using them around the map.

PS: I think the Volkov siege chopper air unit or whatever it is called from the Soviets/Ukraine factions is a tad op, they shoot missiles that are strong on infantry (can 1-2 shot them), vehicles, structures and they can also shoot air units so you can position them as mobile AA where needed. Their HP/armor isn't too bad either they can take a decent AA beating and still survive (they are not flying tanks though and you can't repair them with vehicle depo). Basically i build a few squads of these and control the map on key spots, their speed isn't bad either and they can go basically anywhere.. as long as there is not heavy AA of course. Or cut off the ore routes or destroy the enemy harvesters. Once they gain star veterancy they also self heal :) if enemy don't have good AA or just light defense, you can basically erase their base and units either force your way or slowly peel off their defenses from the outer borders. It's not really a complain, they are fun but maybe slightly too strong as units since it's literally the one unit i make and allows me to win games?

Ok after getting my ConYard destroyed early game by enemy Air Strikes on easy difficulty for the 7th+ time it's getting annoying, most factions get Air Strikes or similar powers early as soon as they build a radar and it's composed from 4 to 8 jets, if they reach the ConYard it will get destroyed.

The AI really likes to target the ConYard with their air units and it's usually with a decent force to destroy it if not stopped along the way. Not just on me but in general, in free for all so many times i found enemy bases already missing their ConYard from enemy AI attacks, they really like to target that, also when they build enough airpads with units.

I tried to build AA early, sometimes it does work, sometimes it doesn't.You need to position them in the path the air units will come from and hope some will get destroyed, so your ConYard will survive, then reinforce defenses until it becomes more safe.

I tried even game modes that disables air units, it doesn't work, they still can use these powers and build airpads.

If it's not air strikes the enemy will use teleport powers like GDI teleporting a bunch of mammoth tanks in my base, still pretty early in game, if i built air defenses i may not have enough to defend vs these tanks.

Another thing the AI does is stacking tons of units at their base, in one match they had half their base covered with artillery units. Some of this behavior makes it difficult to clear the faction, but rather than hard is mostly annoying.

I think this mod still has a lot of potential and really like so many factions available.
