Weapons:
Sonic cannon designed (more or less) like in the TW game. any enemy or friendly unit that touch the shock wave get damaged.
Additional info:
Immune to other Shatterer attacks.
Can move in water.
This unit is part of the alternative GDI tech tree.

Very good! I like idea with alternate tech tree.
I think Ghost Stalker can be replaced with C&C3; or TD Commando unit.
But i don't know if this possible to make jumpjet ability.
You can also make Zone Troopers ecxlusively for this tech tree. Equivalent of Nod cyborgs.
when it comes to Commando, instead of jumpjet logic we see in CnC3 it could be 2 modes (toggle infantry locomotor/ tibsun jumpjet)...
...or maybe TibSun EMP logics (shoot radius, trajectory)
The voxel looks a bit chaotic, still nice nontheless.
