Civil-Protection 1 is a new mod in development for Half-Life 2. The Idea: The idea for this game is rather simple, you are Barney Calhoun, the ex-security guard gone under-cover Civil-Protection in City 17. Basically, this whole game will take place during the week that Gordon and Alyx are teleporting from Nova Prospekt. Story: You are in Dr.Kleiner's lab when Alyx announces that she and Gordon are about to teleport out of Nova Prospekt and back to Kleiner's lab. Right as they teleport you hear a loud explosion and you can only guess it came from Nova Prospekt exploding. The demolition of the former prision sparks an uprising in City 17, and leading that rebellion is you.
