City of Lost Dreams (abbrev. CoLD) is an expansion on the original plot of Mafia. Continuing where the first left off, you regain your lost footing on the crime ladder and take what is rightfully yours. The Salieri family is dramatically weaker, and the city is yours for the taking... City of Lost Dreams will fully alter Lost Heaven. New gangs are springing up, new criminal circuits are operating, and no one can be trusted. Everyone is for sale. Nothing is free. It's cold out there. The mod is finished but only a part of it is released. if u are logged in to moddb ,then when u click download u will be able to choose other mirrors,so u can download from gamefront.
if gamefront is not working ,then what i usually do is to go the same page in indiedb and the gamefront link works from there.
do i install v1.1 and v1.2 ?

I have the Mafia Steam version. Am having trouble, I believe, getting full functionality of this mod. With this mod installed, it appears that all I can do is 'race' and nothing else. Is there an incompatibility with Steam Mafia and this mod?
I have been unable to get this mod working with Mafia version 1.2 (either the Steam version OR the 3 CD version). I have Windows 7. Mafia works fine in Windows 7 but I can't get the Cosa Nostra mod functioning:
When I start the Cosa Nostra mod -- it says to 'insert the correct disc.' I tried all 3 discs and nothing happened.
