You can do it. Go to Hiveworkshop.com and download. This program allow you to change main menu screen,HUD and music.
Indeed, WC3Styler is nice programm. However this menu isn't changed by Styler, i've changed it from core MPQ archive. This will be the default menu.
However i'll include styler to my mod, for more variation. Ofc with author's permission.
