A prequel is coming to Command & Conquer Renegade and Command & Conquer Tiberian Dawn.

In todays news a first/third person shooter based on this mod and takes place during the events of this mod it is called Command & Conquer Renegade Battle Grounds was an old reference to the canceled game Command & Conquer Renegade 2 and is inspired by that name. It will have similar gameplay to this mod but it will have naval and original Renegade alpha/beta HD models not used in Command & Conquer Renegade today.
