C&C Last Great War is a mod whose main goal is to fill the gap between Red Alert Series and the Tiberium Series, thanks to completly new campaign. The story begins there where Yuri's Revange ends, in Allied victoy over Yuri and merge of two timelines. Now Allied forces are occupying Soviet Union, Red army is in colapse. The world is driven to economical crysis, thanks to war between West and East. No one expect that remedy for global crisis will fall from the sky, no one but one person, known as Kane.
Once part of the great Soviet army, now renegades which are using tactic of terror aginst pro-Allied Soviet citizens. Their purpose remains unknown
as their leaders. It's speculated that they are some split faction of some greater organisation, but this is only a theory.
So this is going to be what Tiberian Incursion wanted to hint at (instead we got C&C Tiberium Wars) and what Renegade 2 would have been about if EA hadn't cancel that. I'd really like to see this completed. I suppose you'll try to stay as true to what should have been the story of Renegade 2 in this?
Not exactly, Renegade 2 have two major plot concepts, first is about Scavengers, and it take action after RA1, second is set in the Aftermatch of the Yuri's Revange. I'll try to use both of them. So at the beginning of the campaign you'll see the events just after YR, and in the end you'll witness the "prologue" to the first C&C.
Mhm, there were two different concepts for it, would be amazing if you include a storyline that leads through both the Rise of NOD and the aftermath of Yuri's demise.
