is this finished? no not really. and i dont plan on finishing it
for a while i've known i REALLY dont want to work on this, ill do animal models or textures here and there still ofc, but i cant remember the last time i worked on finishing alpha 3 specifically. and today i realized i really dont like the mod itself anymore and would not play it if i werent making it, so i had an idea.
the next release will be beta 1 (yes im counting alpha and beta as different things), and im not gonna reveal too much for right now, at least on ModDB, but its gonna be built from the ground up with next to nothing from the 5 alpha's. if i were the only one working on this i would just straight up cancel alpha 3, buuut i'd feel bad if all the work put into this by other people went to waste, so here we are. theres still a couple things made by other people not in this but those could easily be DLC or later added things for the betas.
like the summary says this is not finished. im unsure of how much the changelog is accurate, but take everything there with a grain of salt. and let me know if some stuff just straight up doesnt work cause i'll roll out hotfixes and the like.
hopefully i don't regret this lol.
