David "DeathToll_David" Highlander Almost a year to the day. The mod is nothing like any other game out there and that is the mystic of it. Long time players of Half-Life are tired of the same old clones popping up everywhere. That is why the off-the-wall mods are so popular these days.

David "DeathToll_David" Highlander I've been working on core parts (models, sprites, graphics, etc) for about a year. Once I got everything done I had a coder get to work. I guess that was about 4 months or so ago.
modDB.com Describe the best feature in the mod in your opinion? What should the person look for that they might miss?
David "DeathToll_David" Highlander It's difficult to narrow one thing down. I'd have to say though that the fact that there is no HUD is what I like the most. You get to see the entire screen at once with nothing blocking your view.
modDB.com Describe the weapons (if any) and what the weapon you will use the most and why?
David "DeathToll_David" Highlander There are no weapons of the traditional type and there never will be. The main items in the game are called power-ups and any future release will have power-ups that directly affect the ability to drive; for example, oil slicks, spikes, acid, road blocks, etc. I plan to keep the game as different as possible so you will never see a weapon that you can "aim and fire"

David "DeathToll_David" Highlander No damage at all. You literally play until you get knocked off a map or into something that can kill you.

David "DeathToll_David" Highlander Right now just straight out death-match. But there are other modes planned such as run down the grunt, king of the hill, capture the cotton candy, etc.

David "DeathToll_David" Highlander Wow so many people contributed a map that I would be hard pressed to remember them all. That is why I love our small little community. Everyone has contributed in some way. If I had to single someone out it would be Dragon. His two maps (bc_island and bc_nukeplant) are fantastic. Dragon also hosts our official server at his CyberCafe LanLizards (www.lanlizards.com)

David "DeathToll_David" Highlander No class is different from any other. Basically you choose your favorite model and jump right in. Which is why there are so many. Sixteen to be exact.
