When you click single player or multiplayer, it will show you two options.One is expansion, one is starcraft. It is the same idea. Instead, it is Heart Of The Swarm, or Wings Of Liberty.

Hey Immortality, Who told you that Fenix Legacy belongs to juggernaut? I made Fenix Legacy with some helps from other users and I gave credit for that. Also you have uploaded my mod here and in the space of the mod of tychusfindlay. At least write correctly my name. Explain the users that this is not a beta of your mod, it is my mod, although I have seen the images of new units such as tempest and Odin.

You need patch 1.16.1
Patch 1.16.1 or 1.15.1. 1.16.1
It's better using patch 1.16.1 to notice all changes that the mod has made, because the programme used was compatible with that version. You could use 1.15.1, but you won't be able to create some units due to impossibility to build some buildings.
