I try to run it but i get this:

mmm that error goes to a men of war file, not mod one.... what version are you playing of MoW? i guess 1.17.5, if it is true try to reinstall the mod, if still dont works try with the game

i got a better version and i can start it but i can't play campaign

some how it works now
