A world that put trust into the hands of tyranny is one doomed to fail... Project vigor, this was meant to be a new step for the world to embrace a life without disease or war, resulting in a better quality life and way of life for the world being able to rest easy knowing that many threats in our world could be erased by this wonderful piece of technology. However, unknown to the world, CyberCon had other intentions that they weren’t willing to share with the rest of the world.

there is some gta5 inspiration here, the first one is michael, the second on is franklin and the las one is trevor
Actually, they aren't :) And when I looked at it, it looked like Joel from "Last of Us" (Concept #1), but it might be a coincidence
i can see the Franklin one but not the others.
jonnyboy is right the first one looks like joel from tlou, and the third one looks like the gut from metro
way too skinny to be joel but clothing is similar
Could there be some 'military survivors'? Kind of like in State Of Decay: Lifeline
Maybe National Guard/US Army/USMC that were sent to contain the outbreak but got left behind or something
No ones ever told a zombie apocalypse story from the point of the miltary(except for State Of Decay: Lifeline)
