First, make sure you are using the latest version of LZWolf and a registered copy of Spear of Destiny. Most often, such an error occurs when trying to launch a mod in the absence of Spear of Destiny game files.

Oh sorry, I see you have a guest account. You must be unable to check the PM, in which case I will answer here. You can purchase a copy of Wolfenstein 3D and Spear of Destiny on Steam or GoG, or you can download it for free from free sources on the Internet (Although I recommend buying it to pay homage to the developers of these games, especially since they are quite inexpensive). To play, you will need .sod files, which will need to be placed in the LZwolf folder.

I just finished the mod and it was super fun. The sounds and graphics are awesome!
I played on Death incarnate and at times it got pretty frustrating. Saving is mandatory starting from floor 4. Floor 10 was very enjoyable, but I don't want to ruin any surprises so I won't get into details. The last level was fairly short in comparison to some others, but it was still pretty difficult. Overall you did a great job.
