I bring sad news... Unfortunatley i am no longer working on this.
Having issues with windows 8.1 (WHY MICROSOFT WHY???) IF i am able to
get around these issues i will sort things like code/map/player, etc,etc at a later date but not in the forseeable future.
I will however upload (soon) what is complete!

Cheers! Work is slow. Even slower when New material is lost due to game crash or backup not kept up to date etc.
Dear creator(s), I have two questions for you:
1. Have you ever heard about Print Screen button? Please, start using it, because photos of your monitor look terrible. Or just install Fraps.
2. I just downloaded Graphics & package update and... I'm confused, really. Why does it have San Andreas and GTA III intros mixed up? What's the point of that? It has nothing to do with the mod. Damn, it has nothing to do with Vice City!
Firstly the Print screen button for some reason does not work for me on windows 7/8 with gtavc. I apologise it is only meant for demonstrational purposes! So that followers know that the mod is not dead.
Second there WAS parts of SA (cars) and III in the mod which have been removed. Seeing as i am sticking with vc models and improving textures.
Hope this clears this up
I have this file on my harddrive from a while ago ,called:
bill+ted 2.0.rar 626mb and when i open the rar file it has a folder called 0.1c.
Is this file the latest version ,or is it even useful now?

"Shortly" I aim to release a pre-release upload that will be an in-between 2.0 and GTA SD. SD will be released in stages gradually. code being second to last and IMG last.
Any previous version will work! :)
Progress Update:
Renaming Zones to fit GTA SD, 75% done. (still thinking up Area names)
Vehicles: 99% (tweaking bills van (now with code :) missy's Mustang and Bill's Dad Chevy caprice)
new skins including III, possibly SA. 0% (undecided upon)
HUD including Text 90%
importing LC and SA models/ Not working as planned :( 5% ( could be more or less)
New SCM (game code) (VC SCM w bits added) 0% Bills van code and taxi will drive you to a specified location :) )
Islands to be open Basically SD will be tweaked VC with new missions, SA and new hud and possibly a few new skins
Aiming for xmas release :)
