battlefront expanded edition mod brings tons of new content to the game, such as new cross eras and hunt modes and lots of new custom maps build into the stock game as if the game shipped with them. new battlefront 2 map conversions that will be in the 1.0 version of the mod will be alzoc 3 blizzard kothlis sea haven. main new eras are as follows : empire vs droids empire vs republic rebels vs droids rebels vs republic rumble conquest clone wars xl galactic civil war xl hunt clone vs clones rebels vs rebels droids vs droids empire vs empire not all eras will be present on all maps but stock maps have all but the cross faction eras. added clone wars to hoth and endor and galactic civil war to geonosis. this mod also includes the campaign mod as separate campaigns so you will no longer have to overwrite them trough addon. planned features for 2.0 version of the mod : custom galactic conquest scenarios more battlefront 2 conversions more new custom maps made by me and much more !

Hi, I have trouble playing your mod. I downloaded this version of the mod alone, I installed it in the appropriate folder (although I would advise putting readme instructions in all of your downloads, mods are not easy for everyone to install but im a modder too so it doesnt matter to me) and when i got ingame, i tried to start many maps with many modes even default ones and none of them started. No levels could start loading to play. I dont know what was wrong, or if i missed anything, but let me know if that problem happened before. I the have steam version of the game and it seems to be 1.3 or something. Your info said that you do require 1.2 but idk about 1.3 of steam.
that is the problem you need to downgrade the steam but you will lose mp here is the downgrade Moddb.com
install the downgrade first then re extract the mod and it will work.
Epic it works, I don't play much MP anyway so I don't mind. There are some resolution and shadow glitches but it doesn't seem to be a big problem. Anyway tried a handful of maps and modes of the mod, they're pretty good, it's a huge collection of very interesting concepts and stuff. Well done anyways. Got a couple questions and notes before I go, are the custom maps all made by you? or are they cut maps (some seemed so) and custom maps from other modders? Also, one small note, the Naboo Guard faction in Naboo Theed when Hunt, they do have the Rebel rifle and pistol which fits. However, in the OG campaign level 2, the Naboo Guards you fight have these weapons indeed but they do have a green blaster. Having messed with the lua scripts myself, I think its possible. Also the droids should be just B1 battle droids and not Super Battle Droits right since they didn't exist in Episode 1 right hehe. Maybe make the other 2 classes be yellow and red battledroids like we see in the urban Naboo in Episode 1. Anyways those are just little things I always notice. Great job packing this huge mod. The features in it are all so must-play.

This video is helpful for how to install the mode but it doesn't cover how to downgrade the game on Steam which is the issue I'm running into.

Just installed it, I have the Steam version. The main menus have no sound and the background is completely black. Tried downloading and installing the patch for the 3.0 version, but that did not fix it, is a patch coming for this version?
Also, when launching levels for instant action, my screen goes black and it crashes. I already installed the downgraded version for steam before installing the mod, still does not work. Did I install something incorrectly?

I downloaded the mod, but the game won't stay open. The window is there, but it keeps minimizing itself whenever I click on it.
trying the mod, have steam version of SWBF, it seems to work for the most part but hover tanks are spinning crazy all the time why that is? is there a way to fix it?

Do you think you could update this mod for the current version on steam, it looks like a great mod, but I don't want to downgrade the game as then the game does not scaile properly with resolution, tiny hud at a high resolution, game looks squished etc.
