Installation and usage Guide of Battlefield 2 Co-Op FEAR Edition Mod.
Standalone version
Installation Guide:
First extract "Battlefield 2" folder from downloaded file using winrar.
Open the folder and go to "0.Config"
** If you don't feel safe to make modifications to system files or opening unknown source programs and files dont do this section or do it your own way ** (Testing were done with official registered products or this way - You can test it yourself to see it works without registering or not)

If you didn't have already installed battlefield 2 using official setup and your CD-Key run "0.BF2 - Reg Fix.reg" to create registry of the game.
Then run "0.BFKeyMan" click on random and license keys for both Battlefield 2 and Special Forces should generate. click Apply and then close.
** End of optional system modifications **

Open one of the General users for creating documents folder of the game settings. "1.General Users" for Maximum graphic settings and "1.General Users - Low Graphic" for lowest possible tested settings.
*** Important Note: If you are onedrive user and your document pictures music video and user files are syncing with one drive you can check it by navigating to "C:\Users\%YOURUSERNAME%\OneDrive" and see if your files are stored in onedrive folders or not. If it is then you should open "x1.Onedrive Users - Low Graphic" or "x1.Onedrive Users" to make preset setting take effect. ***

You can swap between playing multiplayer and singleplayer by opening the one you want to use at anytime (game must be closed ofc)
"2.Destruction For Multiplayer COOP" is for playing multiplayer or in dedicated server with lower bots and limited destruction. Increasing bots further will result in LAG and stuttering movement on clients.
"2.Destruction For Singleplayer" is to play only in single player with full destruction and 63 bots. This one crashes on multiplayer so do not use it playing together. no workaround is possible.
Keep in mind both of them have artillery and support enabled by default so if you want to turn off artillery and support do the next step too.

If you want to use Artillery and supply/vehicle drop open "3.Artillery-Supply ON", otherwise to disable this feature open "3.Artillery-Supply OFF"

For using reshade open "4.Reshade - Install" and for disabling reshade open "4.Reshade - Delete"

Launch the game or dedicated server using "[Launch]" files provided.
"[LAUNCH] Dedicated Server Launcher" for dedicated server launcher.
"[LAUNCH] Fullscreen" to play the game in fullscreen mode.
"[LAUNCH] Windowed 900p" to play the game in 1600x900 windowed mode.
* When playing with your friends you all should use same 2. and 3. as mentioned. (all should use "2.Destruction For Multiplayer COOP" and "3.Artillery-Supply ON" OR "3.Artillery-Supply OFF". dont play as one of you artillery off and another one artillery on. can cause problems. *
Always restart the game after one round of play. Do not cancel loading a map and if you did, restart the game.
This is the limitation of game engine and having too many assets and scripts.
YOU MUST close and run the game again after each round or you will experience bugs and crashes. (Both in Singleplayer and Multiplayer and even Dedicated Server you should close game client and run it again and join to your dedicated server)
In order to play for both singleplayer and multiplayer version, start the game then go to multiplayer and create server with your chosen map.
In dedicated server first launch your server then start the game and go to multiplayer and join the game.
Now you know how this works and you are good to go. Enjoy playing solo or together.
