Battle of Empires : 1914-1918 is project meant to tell the untold story of one of the bloodiest war in the history of mankind - First World War. Based on engine of well known strategy game Men of War this project will take you through the whole war in 5 large-scale single-player and coop campaigns - you will experience deadly landings in the batlle of Gallipoli, famous battle at Verdun, first tanks attack and many more important events of that war. Project will be both singlplayer, and multiplayer.5 single campaigns are planned : 1) French 2) German 3) Russian 4) British 5) Bonus - missions for different countries (as bonus campaign in Men of War) In multiplayer there will be 5 countries - France, Britain, Russia, Germany and Austro-Hungary.
WW1 Mod, World in War: Vietnam and World in War: Winter Strike stand as one to support Vora_bat and his Modern Pack mod. It was completely deleted from moddb just because of image of Humvee, which looked too similar to the humvee from one mod for Arma. Without any investigation, the mod was deleted, though no proofs were given yet, all other models in mod were 100% made from scratch and that Humvee was not even in the released version of mod.
Yes, we are well aware what Vora_bat did before, how he used models from other games. However, you should know that Vora_bat never claimed those models were his. Nor did he gain any sort of profit from all of that. He, also, terminated all of those mods.
Such situation, when mods are deleted just after few posts like "it has stolen content!" and without any investigation shall not repeat more. We stand as one to say NO to that! Support Vora_bat, for the good of the community!

Frankly there's too much stolen content on Moddb, and also "Modern Pack" wasn't removed. Its clearly still accessible Moddb.com . More people need to either learn to model themselves or flat out and come say that they're using other's assets, its the only way to avoid situations like this.

It was deleted like for a week(+- some days). It was put back on moddb just recently(today or yesterday, I don't know exactly).
Add me to that list, I support all mods as long as they give credit where it is due.

Actually, you dont have to claim "stolen" models are yours to be illegal. Its enough to use them - even with proper credits - to make it illegal and rules breaking. I know i will get buried and i am not saying its right to delete mods with reused content, but its just way it is.
The funny thing is that PoT mod, which had stolen content, was on moddb for more than a year and nobody bothered deleting it, while Modern Pack mod, which was only one month on moddb and didn't have stolen content at all, was deleted.
